Building upkeep and maintenance
Covers the following activities: Corrective Maintenance: all those activities to be carried out on a dwelling or building to rectify faults that occur. Renovation Work: improvements of dwellings or buildings that are aimed at refurbishing and maintenance of elements that have deteriorated though use, improper use, age or service. Preventive Maintenance: included in this section are inspections of important elements of a building with limited access such as roofs, facades, etc.
